Disease Category: Prostate Cancer Protocol Description Treatment Regimen Contacts MI-CP098 Advanced Prostate Cancer that has spread to bone. Purpose: to explore antitumor activity of MEDI-522 (investigational agent), the humanized monoclonal antibody in combination with two chemotherapy regimens. Eligibility: Progression after Androgen-deprivation therapy PSA Progression Bone Progression Cannot be on blood thinners Six months must have elapsed since any cardiac events Randomization to one of three treatment arms as follows: Arm I - MEDI-522 + Docetaxel + Zoledronic Acid Arm II - MEDI-522 + Docetaxel + Estramustine + Zoledronic Acid Arm III - Docetaxel + Estramustine + Zoledronic Acid Sue Bales, RN 541-1812
