Facilities Radiation Oncology
		TCSC Downtown Located next to Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center and East Tennessee Children's Hospitals in Downtown Knoxville, the Downtown Department of Radiation Oncology offers a wide variety of radiotherapy services on two linear accelerators. Special treatment techniques, such as Three-dimensional treatment planning, Intensity Modulation, Respiratory Gating, Prostate Seed Implantation, and Total Skin Electron Therapy, are also available.
		TCSC West Located next to Parkwest Medical Center off of Cedar Bluff in West Knoxville, the new West Side Radiation Oncology Department is a satellite of TCSC Downtown. Opened in 1999, radiotherapy services are available on a new high-energy linear accelerator. Special treatment techniques such as Three-dimensional treatment planning are also available.
		TCSC Methodist In 2004, Methodist Regional Cancer Center changed its name to Thompson Cancer Survival Center at Methodist to reflect its alignment with Thompson Cancer Survival Center. Through this innovative alignment, and as the outpatient component of a comprehensive cancer diagnostic and treatment program that includes inpatient care at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge, Thompson Cancer Survival Center at Methodist will be able to bring new technologies and advanced treatments to this area.
